Dans les ann\u00e9es 50, entour\u00e9 de ses parents Jules et Jenny, son fr\u00e8re Michel et sa s\u0153ur Micheline, le jeune ket (qui est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Meensel-Kiezegem, une commune du Brabant flamand) mouline d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas mal dans le quartier, que ce soit pour son plaisir ou pour aider son \u00e9picier de p\u00e8re \u00e0 la livraison. Dans le parc de Woluwe situ\u00e9 \u00e0 moins d\u2019un kilom\u00e8tre de sa maison, Eddy s\u2019en donne \u00e0 c\u0153ur joie avec son v\u00e9lo. Son truc\u00a0? Encha\u00eener les nombreuses c\u00f4tes qui s\u2019y trouvent et l\u00e2cher ses voisins un par un lorsque ceux-ci tentent de le suivre.
