Leur objectif\u2009? Retrouver confiance en elles et vivre une exp\u00e9rience exceptionnelle. Nous \u00e9tions pr\u00e9sents lors de la demi-finale en f\u00e9vrier. Sur place, bonne ambiance, camaraderie et rires ont fus\u00e9 tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. C\u2019est que Top Women est loin d\u2019\u00eatre un concours de beaut\u00e9 traditionnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab\u2009Top Women est un rendez-vous annuel vers la confiance en soi. Ce sont les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes qui cr\u00e9ent des complexes chez les femmes, lance la coach et organisatrice Nathalie de Reuk. L\u2019objectif de Top Women est double\u00a0: permettre \u00e0 celles qui participent de s\u2019\u00e9panouir \u00e0 travers les coachings, les ateliers, les challenges\u00a0etc. Et que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elles, d\u2019autres puissent s\u2019identifier et se dire \u201cmoi aussi je suis belle\u201d.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Estime de soi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ancien mannequin, Nathalie fait face tr\u00e8s jeune aux revers de cet univers. \u00ab\u2009C\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 la catastrophe parmi les coll\u00e8gues mannequins, elles \u00e9taient toutes complex\u00e9es, mal dans leur peau, elles ne se sentaient jamais assez bien. J\u2019avais 16 ans quand j\u2019ai lanc\u00e9 mon propre d\u00e9fil\u00e9 en disant \u00e0 toutes les femmes que oui, elles sont belles. Car qu\u2019on corresponde aux st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de beaut\u00e9s ou non, on a finalement toutes des complexes. Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et les m\u00e9dias renvoient une image de la perfection totalement irr\u00e9elle. Le manque d\u2019estime et de confiance en soi n\u2019a fait que s\u2019accentuer et s\u2019aggraver avec les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Pas toujours \u00e9vident d\u00e9passer ses complexes. Et bien souvent, ces parties du corps qu\u2019on ne veut plus voir sont surtout le reflet de notre histoire, explique la coach Nathalie. \u00ab\u2009Des cicatrices sur le ventre sont la preuve qu\u2019on est toujours l\u00e0, qu\u2019on est vivant. Souvent les femmes qui ont beaucoup de mal avec leur image ont tendance \u00e0 n\u00e9gliger ce qu\u2019elles n\u2019aiment pas chez elles.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019astuce\u2009? Faire l\u2019inverse. \u00ab\u2009Si on n\u2019aime pas son ventre, parce qu\u2019il est flasque ou a des vergetures \u2013 apr\u00e8s une grossesse par exemple \u2013 il faut s\u2019en occuper et le valoriser. Pour qu\u2019il reprenne sa place au niveau \u00e9motionnel. Car le plus beau maquillage est celui qui ne se voit pas. C\u00f4t\u00e9 couleurs, n\u2019exag\u00e9rez pas. J\u2019ai appris \u00e0 ne plus avoir peur de ce que les autres pensent de moi, \u00e0 me trouver belle telle que je suis, \u00e0 \u00eatre moins complex\u00e9e\u2026 M\u00eame si des complexes, il y en aura toujours, mais je les vis diff\u00e9remment. Je m\u2019en moque m\u00eame un peu, car mon corps c\u2019est mon histoire. Et comme beaucoup, elle n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 forc\u00e9ment facile. Trois enfants, \u00e7a laisse des traces, physiques et psychologiques. C\u2019est un corps qui a v\u00e9cu, qui n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessairement le corps de top model qu\u2019on voit \u00e0 la TV, mais c\u2019est le mien et il m\u2019appartient. L\u2019envie de se retrouver, en tant que femme. \u00ab\u2009J\u2019ai des petites jumelles de 6,5 ans. Et le ventre a pris un coup, le physique change quand on est maman. Elles m\u2019ont laiss\u00e9 une trace, oui, mais c\u2019est le bonheur de les avoir mises au monde en bonne sant\u00e9. Je n\u2019ai pas \u00e0 me plaindre, explique la maman de 36 ans.
