Une tendance qu\u2019on retrouve dans une pl\u00e9thore de livres de cuisine et dans au moins autant d\u2019ateliers en tous genres aux quatre coins du pays.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le batch cooking, Catherine Piette, 56 \u200aans, le pratique depuis\u2026 plus longtemps que \u00e7a, en fait. Et sans vraiment le savoir.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><blockquote>\n<p>\u201cJe me suis dit que je pouvais aussi le faire expr\u00e8s, de me retrouver avec \u201ctrop\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7a a commenc\u00e9 timidement quand elle est devenue maman : comme beaucoup, elle s\u2019est parfois retrouv\u00e9e d\u00e9bord\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9paration des repas. Sa maman lui a alors fil\u00e9 son cuit-vapeur, \u00ab\u2009mon premier truc miraculeux\u2009\u00bb. Et tant qu\u2019\u00e0 y cuire des l\u00e9gumes pour un soir, Catherine a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 remplir tous les \u00e9tages de son nouvel ustensile et \u00e0 conserver les aliments pour les r\u00e9utiliser le lendemain. L\u2019id\u00e9e de base, c\u2019est de stocker un maximum de choses au frigo. Parce qu\u2019on l\u2019ouvre plus souvent que le cong\u00e9lateur, qu\u2019on peut plus facilement voir ce qu\u2019il y a dedans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019astuce de la pro\u2009? On v\u00e9rifie la cuisson au toucher (si c\u2019est encore fort mou, ce n\u2019est pas assez pris\/cuit) et quand c\u2019est bon, on sort le moule du four.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour \u00e9viter que les galettes collent au moule, on les laisse reposer quelques instants, le temps qu\u2019elles se \u00ab\u2009resserrent\u2009\u00bb et perdent de leur humidit\u00e9, ce qui facilitera leur d\u00e9moulage.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-19\"><h3>4.
